Digitizing is the conversion of your logo into stitches that the embroidery machine uses to recreate your logo. This is a one-time charge. Digitizing charges include a sewn sample for your approval.
This is the per piece charge per 1000 stitches to apply your digitized logo to your apparel using up to 15 colors.
This in-house heat print process allows full color imprint on 100% polyester apparel, polyester coated items such as ceramic mugs, travel mugs, water bottles, name tags, and so much more! Send us your logo, a favorite photo or saying to imprint.

Imprinted apparel has a screen charge per item per color.
The number of colors used, due to the additional screen runs and art charges directly affects promotional products imprint charges.
This is the adding of individual names to embroidered apparel, teamwear names/numbers, and dye sublimated products.
This is the size of the logo or text design on promotional products, embroidery, heat printed, or sublimated clothing.

The most frequently used embroidery locations for shirts/sweaters/coats/sweatshirts are the left chest for the company logo and the right chest for personalization.
Other locations include the shirt collar, sleeve, or full back.
Electronic art is welcomed and may be sent by email.
The customer must approve all artwork prior to production.
Changes made at the customer’s request may be subject to additional charges.
Some shrinkage is unavoidable in knitted garments.
To minimize shrinkage, follow washing instructions on the garment label.
Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach on colored fabrics.
Hot dryers will substantially lower the life of your imprint.
Do not iron over the imprint or embroidered designs.
New embroidery orders need to have 3-5 days for set-up, then 5 working days for production, after the customer has approved the sewn sample.
Firm delivery dates will be set when the order is placed.
If we are able to accommodate rush orders, there is no extra charge for this service.
Orders from new customers require a 50% deposit with the balance due at delivery.
